NEXUS provides opportunities to sponsor individual program elements. In addition to receiving the benefits of general sponsorship, program sponsors will be recognized at the location of the program area they’ve chosen to support.
Think Space Sponsorship $20,000 (6 spots still available)
The NEXUS Think Space and Showroom in the main showcase area of NEXUS in which innovative technologies and materials are exhibited. The Think Space is free and open to all members of the building community and general public. It includes educational and product exhibits, networking and event space. The Expo Gallery Showroom is the cornerstone of all NEXUS resources and is the area that receives the most foot traffic.
Cyber Lounge $5,000 (1 more spot available)
The Cyberlounge gives visitors access to on-line tools, case studies, technical guides and a range of other resources. Cyberlounge sponsors are recognized prominently in the NEXUS Cyberlounge and on the NEXUS website.
Internship Program $5,000 (3 spots still available)
The NEXUS Internship Program provides opportunities for young adults interested in the green building industry to gain valuable work experience while supporting the programs and resources at NEXUS. Interns help develop NEXUS libraries, provide guidance for visitors, and take on special projects. Sponsorship of the intern program allows NEXUS to support emerging professionals.
Resource Library $2,500 (3 spots still available)
The NEXUS Resource Library contains a wide spectrum of sustainable design and green building reference materials, including books, technical manuals, periodicals and pamphlets. The materials are organized into topics ranging from Energy and Water to Homes, Environmental Justice, and Building Science. The Library provides valuable research opportunities for a diverse audience. Users include designers, students, architects, engineers, homeowners, property managers, educators, and more.
Samples Library $2,500 (4 spots still available)
The NEXUS Samples Library is a growing architectural library that contains physical samples and binders of green products. Products are screened to determine whether they meet NEXUS’ green standards before they are put on the shelves. From bamboo to CFL’s, the Samples Library features products from all across the building industry, applicable for both commercial and residential projects. Users include architects, interior designers, homeowners, business entrepreneurs, and more. By sponsoring the Samples Library you will be helping us keep our samples area well stocked and available to users.
The “Ask At NEXUS” Help Desk $2,500 (4 spots still available)
Amidst the emerging and often overwhelming marketplace of green building, NEXUS can provide support by answering technical or conceptual questions relating to green building and sustainable design. ”Ask At NEXUS” is available during normal drop-in hours, and if we don’t know the answer to your question, we will get back to you within a week. By sponsoring “Ask At NEXUS,” you are helping NEXUS visitors have access to valuable support as they make green choices in their projects.
